BEYOND Campaign FAQ
The BEYOND Campaign is about expanding our impact for God’s kingdom. It includes renovating our sanctuary, the heart of our weekly gathering, to better welcome and serve a growing congregation, supporting the restoration of a sister church in Chardon, bringing God’s Word to public school students through LifeWise Academy, partnering with local ministries to walk with those who are hurting, and sending our people to the nations.
We’re trusting God to provide $850,000 through the obedience and generosity of our church family. This total includes funding for sanctuary renovations, local ministry partnerships, church revitalization, LifeWise Academy, and global missions efforts.
God has blessed our church with continued growth and has opened strategic opportunities for us to expand our impact—both in our local community and around the world. As we’ve prayed and discerned together, it’s become clear that God is inviting us to step forward in faith. Our Acts 1:8 vision was born out of recognizing that God is doing something unique among us, and the BEYOND Campaign is our response to join Him in that work.
While our sanctuary has faithfully served our church since 1989, several areas critical to ministry are in need of significant updating. At the same time, we sense a growing urgency to create spaces that will serve not only our current church family, but also the next generation.
Funds raised will go toward five areas:
- Renovating our sanctuary for worship and fellowship
- Revitalizing Chardon Assembly of God
- Supporting LifeWise Academy in local public schools
- Strengthening local outreach through ministry partners
- Sending and supporting global missionaries and mission trips

Some parts of the vision — like launching LifeWise Academy and supporting Chardon AG — are already underway.
The sanctuary remodel is projected to be completed by July 2026. Updates will be shared regular with the congregation.
No. We ask that giving toward the Beyond Campaign be above and beyond your regular tithes and offerings. Ongoing ministries depend on our church’s faithful general giving.
We encourage every household to pray and give as the Lord leads. This is a personal, faith-stretching decision, and every commitment matters.
No. Your commitment is confidential. Only a small team responsible for recording commitments and planning will have access to this information.
Absolutely. We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to adjust your commitment at any point, just let us know. This is a commitment made in faith — not a contract made out of obligation.

- By check (write “Beyond” in the memo)
- Or in person during Sunday services using a giving envelope

Yes. If you’re interested in giving stocks, property, or other assets, please contact the church office. We’ll help guide you through the process.
Most people choose to give over time — weekly, monthly, or quarterly — based on what they’ve committed. You may give a one-time gift, a recurring gift, or both.
